Why does my grandmother still send me Barbies!!! LOL

I'm well into adult hood and have been living on my own for a number of years. That being said I'm always very confused when I get things like Barbies for Christmas. Its the thought that counts and it doesn't bother me in fact I find it kind of funny. I was just curious if anyone else has had this happen to them? Or if you've gotten some strange gifts? Its the thought that counts but again no harm in being amused and confused when you get something that's just plain strange. I'll graciously accept anything as long as I think the person honestly thought that I wanted that Holiday Barbie. Lol, I love my grandmom.

Maybe because for your grandma, you will always be her little girl? Although it's odd, you have to admit that it's still sweet. Maybe you can even put up your very own Barbie dolls collection. 
One time I received a very inappropriate gift. I was given a gift card for men's perfume, haha! I do appreciate the gesture but duh, I'm obviously a woman. Or maybe the giver is hinting me to make sure to get my husband something.

Hi friend, good to know that you are receiving barbies from your granny, i think your granny likes you a lot and thought you are a kid yet, so only she is sending barbies to you. Tell her that you are grown up and interested in receiving some other gift items
