Hunter X Hunter remake

Actually the first time i heard about this remake, i thought the same like you. I also doubt the remake could be better than the previous version since the previous version anime really good and the animation is quite good too. But after i watch the remake version and follow the anime untill now, i change my mind and think the remake version is quite good too and watching it from the beginning with new animation is not bad at all. The only part of the remake i dont like is they reduced the violence to make the anime watchable for kids eventhough the real Hunter x Hunter story should be for teenagers and above. Other than that, i think remaking the anime should be a good decission since the manga itself always gone on hiatuses even until now. Since anime need to follow manga storyline, so if they just continue from the last part they left of, it possibly the anime will need to hiatus for a long time again.

I watched hunter x hunter as well. But i am disappointed when it wasn't finished. But still i keep on watching even if I know that it wasn't finished. I really love this movie. I was also excited to see Gon and Gin to meet. But unfortunately it did not happen. Can I ask where did you saw the new version of it? Was it done already? I wanna see it as well. Thank you

i have not heard of this at all. But i will definitely be looking forward to it since Hunter X Hunter is on of my favorite animes. I hope they would not ruin it.. But the anime already ended.. Gon found his father and everything. Maybe a movie would be better.

To be honest I've tried to watch Hunter X Hunter but got bored with it rather quickly. Perhaps I'll pick it up and try again. At first I was really enjoying it but then I just lost interest.

well.. i think because there's alot of request from fans.. maybe a million people request to remake lol :D that's must be one of reasons they made a remake of it. well, i like the remake one too.. ;) i hope they will continue this remake until greed island sessions.. :) have you seen this anime? - sword art online this anime totally cool too.. ;)

Yeah i love the classic Hunter x hunter. I watched it avidly when i was still in high school. and honestly it not like the anime has deviate from the manga like in Full metal alchemist. Eeeh I watched it on Animax and i prefer the original voice of Killua! Its frustrating, they should have followed the original arc or better yet do another arc instead of remaking it. Not so much addition that we don't know yet. ;p

I watched the anime Hunter X hunter at least six years ago. I liked the anime even though the drawing and graphic wise seems a bit like an old anime. The anime has some nice theme songs and I like the characters they had inside. I have never heard of a remake though. But if it is done by same author, I guess he just want to give a new touch to his great anime works back then. I love to watch anime and some newer anime have really lame story, characters and all copied the idea of having some small creatures that always wondered around the main characters. It's okay to see one or two anime doing this, but if too many copied such idea, it makes me feel annoyed and don't want to watch anymore. That's why some old but really nice anime can be renewed so that people would get to know the anime and watch it. I just hope they wouldn't add something unnecessary again.
