how to administer a pay per post website / myLot

Hi myloters. I was planning to develop a pay per post website like mylot.Currently I have already finished the website designing but when I come to how to administer the members of the forum like how to manage the posts daily and how to process the earnings of each member, I think it is difficult.Anyone who is experienced in forum administration?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i am so glad that u are working on a site on the lines of Mylot and i think this is a great venture and i wish u all the good luck for this site. Do let us know when u are done with site so that we all can join and contribute to it. Besides i think it would be better to have an experienced group who will work with u for the next proceedings of your work. May be u can put up vacancies on various sites and hire people. What say?
