When one of your households member got ill or sick, they usually have no appetite. Do you have any special recipe that you usually made to bring back their appetite?

When I was that ill that I had no appetite, usually home-made chicken soup was the thing that I first felt the appetite for to eat... so that may be a nice choice. I think it's because... well, it's familiar and tasty, and because it's a lighter, liquidier dish, where you don't have to swallow and chew things too much.

Whenever someone in the family gets sick, my mother cooks porridge. Other times, she will make a chicken macaroni soup. And since her cooking is superb, it has never fail to make us feel better.

When any of my family members got ill or sick, i usually just take care of them, make them some tea. Medicine usually lower their appetite, so if you want to recover your appetite faster, use natural medicine such as special tea, water with salt, etc... Happy mylotting!
