According to the Yahoo, Diplomat Hotel was been ranked as the 5th spookiest places on earth. Because a lot of people who visits the place had saw several ghosts over there. :)

Yes! It's located in the Philippines. Specifically in Cebu. And I really heard a lot of spooky things about that hotel. :)

I know Diplomat hotel in Baguio. A lot of residence in Baguio said that Diplomat is really hunted. I haven't gone to the hunted hotel, but I saw it every time I went to Baguio, it's just overlooking Naguilan Road top of a mountain. If ever got the chance to visit the place well I would go but with some of my friends. I don't want to go alone there.

Fifth spookiest huh? Seeing a ghost would be cool. I have felt one but never saw one.

I don't think seeing a ghost would be cool. Because I will really be terrified if I ever saw one! :)

Diplomat Hotel as seen from the top of the mountain just looks eerie. However, Baguio City is known as a place with many spirits wandering around. During my student days I lived in a boarding house with a white lady roaming around in the wee hours of the morning. There were also several stories regarding that certain cemetery along the route to Loakan airport. There were also those ghost stories regarding the Pines Hotel that was unfortunately gutted by a fire. That is the place where the SM Baguio now stands. Our old house in Baguio before it was renovated was also one spooky place. Whenever the family is downstairs, we would hear the heavy footsteps walking all around the bedrooms. We get this strange feeling that someone unseen is within the house; however, as time goes by, we got used to it. Perhaps, mountains have a special attraction to restless spirits or is it perhaps the cold weather? No one knows for sure but one thing is certain, those spirits in Diplomat Hotel have found a favorable venue.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes even i had gone through the list of spookiest places on earth that was recently issued by the Yahoo and gotta know that Diplomat Hotel was placed 5th on the list as many visitors to this hotel have had many harrowing experiences thanks to their encounter with ghosts that are inhabited in this hotel. I hope a special team should be sent to this place to investigate this matter.
What say?

Me too! I wouldn't want to go to such place. Especially when I'm alone. But it's somewhat cool if I will be accompanied by my friends to go for a ghost hunting. :)
