And if one day I had to give up my daily nap?

I every day after lunch, I have the habit of taking my two-hour nap every day.
At the moment I can do that because, unfortunately, I do not have a job and for this reason I have much time available.
That said, however, that in optical one day sooner or later have to find a job, to my nap, at that point, I will have to give up.
My fear, more than anything, is that I'm too used to take two hours of rest. Therefore, when I can not do more, I will miss so much, to stay tired all afternoon.
Sometimes I have thought about starting up even now to abandon that nap, but this is one thing stronger than me, so until I do I get the chance, every day from 2.00pm to 4.00pm, you do not look for me because I'll be sleeping.

I hear it's not good to nap right after you eat it doesn't give your body time to digest the food and that's how some people gain weight. Not saying this could happen but just from what I hear by doctors. I too have to have a nap during the day but I work all day so when I get home from work around 3 I'm usually taking a nap between 4 & 6 then I cook dinner & then I'm back in bed at 1030pm. It works out for me this way and sometimes if I don't nap when I get home from work then I just go to bed early around 830 or 9 and I'm good for the day. Once you get a job you'll just have to ease yourself away from the naps, but on weekends you an nap all you want.

Well, you spoke of overweight, and in fact I have to denounce a few extra pounds.
Even my own mother says that I am slightly overweight, not for the fact that I eat too much, but the issue that I do too little exercise.

Yeah just eating healthy doesn't help you to lose weight ,gotta do some excercise in between too and it can help boost your energy too if you exercise more and it won't cause you to be so tired all the time either.

Napping is nice, I would miss it when I have to give it up one day also . Whenever I am on summer holiday I would nap in those time also and then get up and rave all night.
You could try going out side are talk to somebody during that time if you want to break the habit , but you have until you get a work so enjoy it .

Well, I believe that in your brief but coincided comment, you fully centered my goal.
Objective: To find a job in time as soon as possible!
The rest, including naps will then, in the "second floor."

That must be nice to take a nap. Even when i try to take naps on the weekend i just cant do it because there is so much to do and so much im thinking about. Even at night when its bed time i have a hard time falling asleep i have to take benedryl to do so so i can fall asleep and not wake up so much during the night. I do wish i could take naps but i do work monday through friday at a full time job and im pretty busy so then i have to wait till i get home to do things and then go to bed at night.

Well, how you were able to read my discussion, I had commitments, so I have plenty of time, the time needed to take two hours a day to nap.
But this of course will end the day (and I hope soon as possible) I will find a secure job.

I sure wish I could do that. I work in my cafe 430 am till about 6-7pm at night. After that I eat, shower and lay down. If I had a chance to take a nap I might make it till 9-10 pm here.

I see. I'm sorry you do not have the time to take your own nap everyday. However, from what I have written in my discussion, only now I can afford to do that because I do not work. Of course, when it's my turn, one day I'll definitely give it up.

As you grow older, the more your body might need to rest during the day time. If you want to have a change of habit, you have to do it now. It's all about self-discipline.
