How will you relax from the tensions of life?Life is full of worries and tensions. What are the ways and methods that will help you to relax and let go your tension.Travel is the best tool for this,Whenever anxieties and trouble overcome my resistive power,I always arrange a short trip with my family and friends.Otherwise I go on a budget tour which will help me to bring my stress level down. However, a small trip is sometimes the best medicine to make you relax and enjoy life.Visiting a waterfall is sometimes a soothing experience to your frayed nerves.Even a small picnic to a countryside full of greenery will help you to relax and calm yourself from stressful incidents.Whenever I get worried or anxious I always prefer a mountain resort to unwind. How about you all? Please explain how you overcome stress and anxiety.I use travel to lessen my stress and to soothe my mood. How about you?

Traveling is my top hobby and traveling to a different country I find ever so relaxing and enjoyable. I find seeing a tropical island with gently waving palm trees is ever so joyful and special. It is a time I feel totally relaxed and the hot weather delights me. I like swimming in the sea looking at the colorful coral and fish. Even when at home I find times to relax like a long shower with some lovely shampoo, conditioner and nice smelling soap. I like to walk in the countryside and by the sea. It is lovely to go to my local sports center and go in the jacuzzi, do some swimming and do some dancing.

Hello, rubyroy I relax by simply doing things i like, being with my family, discussing here, in Mylot, cooking , Being with friends, dancing. To bring your stress level down, try to make yourself a cup of coffee and go for a long walk or jogging, it always helps for me. Happy mylotting!

Relaxing at a resort and soaking in a jacuzzi tub will surely help with my tension. I would love to sleep in and listen to nothing; nothing but silence. Watching a little TV in bed and getting a nice massage would help m eget my mond off of paying bills.

Travel is not only a good way to relax but also a good way to know many different people and customs. It can enlarge our eyesights, open our mind, and drive away all those pressure and unhappy things. We can learn more from travel than from books.

Yes travel can make us feel relaxed and happy. But I don't have too much time and too much money to go out after I join the work .I was used to go for a movie or climb mountains nearby .I hope I can travel around the world one day, even tralvel around China is okay.I like go hiking with carefree, for the ocean, for the mountain ,for the nature ……Life is beautiful ,but always with chains.

You can go for walks or a picnic with packed lunches, when you cant afford a trip.

Yeah, travel will lessen our stress, I use it to soothe my mood, too. When I feel stressed, I choose to travel, have a walk, have a picnic, go to the park which may not be very near. All these can make me feel relaxed. Thanks for sharing, and have a nice day!

I consider that stress will much hit us when most of our focus is on us. I relax by letting go to participate in charity work; just to lend a helping hand to others less fortunate in our society. Also I enjoy nature after being too much in my secular job; like watching animals in the wild, looking at the stars in the night and listening to birds sing.

To travel is always the best way I can come up with to get away from such nonsense troubles or pressures, especially after my short budget tour to the palce I had been longing for. With all sorroundings unlovely and unattractive in my eyes, anxieties ruins my delight and simple life.I have tried several way to make a change, however none worked out fine. Consequently, desire for another trip raises rapidly,to refresh the rusty body!

Don't get me wrong I love to travel however I'd actually read they can cause stress as well. Basically while you're there you feel great but people tend to get stressed when they get back. Perhaps the shock of coming back to your everyday life is stressful for some people. Often when I am trying to relax I just simply take time off and don't go anywhere. Spending time alone gives me a chance to think and get caught up on personal projects. Also I am very cheap and have been trying to horde as much money as possible. I will say though if I had to plan a short trip I'd go to the beach. I love the smell of the ocean and the beautiful beaches. I miss walking up and down the beach in the wet sand and seeing the children playing.
