...man sues ugly wife

It's both of their faults i guess. first, she lied about her true appearance to the man he loves. second, the guy is stupid focusing more on the looks rather than the friendship, love and moments they had together as a family. truly, this proves that most of them have become materialistic and doesn't understand true beauty but only from the outside. the wife can take care of the child. there was a celebrity who did cosmetic surgery in our country because she had enough being called ugly.

Well why there are men that act like women's beauty is important? It's very sexist, we also find it good to look upon a handsome face but society takes the woman down if she is out of her 'weight' or something. I'm sure he'll loose, this is not right.

Wow...that's life...we have to embrace what life challenges us.

This case had been in the news few years ago and it seemed like it ended now and the guy won the case. I found the man in this story very shallow and to publicly say his daughter is ugly is very rude. yeah his wife deceived him but that girl is his daughter. Just imagine kids will make fun of her. "Your mom is so ugly that your dad sued your mo for being ugly"

Wow this is crazy. He won a settlement for being duped by false beauty? So what does that say for women who wear make-up to cover scars/pimples, or women who wear padded bras. This seems to open the doors for very silly law suits. I don't see why she should have to tell him she had plastic surgery, so the fact he won is mind blowing. He should also be ashamed of himself for calling his own child ugly and having the whole world hear his thoughts. That is now in print and that poor child will some day know just what his/her father thinks of them. What a shame and how unfair! As for what i would do if i were the wife, who can say. Slap myself for marrying someone who only valued what i looked like, but at the same time, isn't that just what she wanted. If she wanted to be loved for the person she was perhaps she wouldn't have spent so much changing her outward appearance, or maybe the poor thing changed her appearance so that people would take the time out to know who she really was. Either way i guess what she wanted failed.

there is nothing she can do about it. she just has to appeal it or accept the divorce. it really is heartless of any man doing a thing like that! i didn't even see any ugliness in her, only a quiet and mild person. there must be something wrong with him, if you ask me.

I have other doubts on this one and can say that this is not related to anything for beauty. See, they had misunderstandings already as mentioned on that news - The man described his daughter as ‘incredibly ugly’ when she was born and said she resembled neither him nor his wife. And so Jian began to accuse her of cheating on him. Though the article later denies this from the wife. Now for the discussion... if I were the wife... what could be done? The law holds and as they instructed, things would have happened the same way. After that... who knows, after becoming so much hyped, I might have got some great contracts and monies - much beyond to cover all the expenses incurred.

I would never be the wife in the first place!

I also read the story this morning. And the odd thing about this news is that the man won $120,000.00 settlement for being duped by her fake beauty. Definitely this man love her because of her looks and can't stomach that he married an ugly duckling chiseled by science into a cinderella. Have a nice evening. Ciao!
