Promoting Expertscolumn articles through manual surfing sites

I want to know if we can promote our expertscolumn articles through manual surfing sites.

Did you read your sites rules? You cant use traffic sites for your articles. If you do- they will ban you. Have a great day there.

I did not even start to write articles there. But I have read somewhere that these pay per view article writing sites allow manual surfing sites but they don't allow auto surfing sites. That is why I started a discussion here.

That's right. as other have already mentioned you, you cannot submit or use those articles in the manual surfing sites. It is mentioned in the site itself that your account will be banned. Read the terms and conditions properly before you start working on any site as you may end up being banned for violating the terms and conditions. Other than that, the manual surfing sites also do not accept the links of expertscolumn as far as I know. I am not sure about this though, but still, as far as I know, they do not accept and bring traffic for a single page or links like this. Try promoting it on facebook, twitter, blog, and other social networking sites. Good luck, and god bless!
