I faced a problem in my paypal account,pls help!

Today I got a payment from a ptc site and when I open my paypal account the bal was 0.00$ and the payment I received was in hold.I don't have any idea why it's written hold and they ask me to respond within 7 days.Now please help what should I do???

If PayPal asks you to respond within 7 days, it looks like the sender has opened a dispute about this payment. PayPal can hold the money in your balance up to 21 days. Read their FAQ about payment holds here : http://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/security/paypal-holds-faq

Yes I also think that the payment sender opened a dispute in this payment.They are giving 4 options mention above and asked me to respond within 7 days.So, please help me and tell what should be my answer...

Comply to paypal if they asked to comply and settle what is needed to settle. That's all you can do my friend. So did you already comply?
