Im active here because I love it here. I have met so many great people here. I have learned so much here. I hope I am welcomed here.

I love posting discussion because i love to read what people think of what i have to say. I also like giving my advice to people who need it or need help or just a friend on here. I have never gotten a comment on any of my discussions that was mean rude or hurtful and some have been very helpful to me. So sweet is the taste i have gotten on here for the most part, but i have seen some comments on other's discussions that have been kind of bitter. Tho for me mylot taste is sweet.

You are right Hatley grand ma and Diana madam always help to everyone if any problem is with them. Hmmm you forget my name do you know most of the mylotter called me talkative women or laughing women because I win the competition not stop talking and laughing. I am here because lots of good friends are here. I am not sweet and caring but I am talkative and laughing. Here lots of people whose opinion is different but everyone is good.

Hello rberon Yes! absolutely. Mylot is a good place to know unique people. Different point of views and ideas. I love to make discussion and at the same time response as much as possible to my friends discussions. Being here in mylot is a big opportunity to know different people of different taste around the globe.:) It's more fun here.. Have a great day ^_^

Wow. No one's ever asked me that! This is one site that I really like that I can be myself. My tastes varies in ranges that are about the same. I want to be more helpful and entertaining than coming somewhere to vent my everyday problems. In fact, I really don't like inflicting personal problems with anyone, including my family. I like laughing and loving, nothing more. That's me in a nut shell.

I would say I'm occasionally helpful and often argumentative.

rberon, this is a great discussion that you started. I am so glad that you posted it. I have so enjoyed reading everyone's posts, meeting new members, members that I have not met before, and getting to know a little more about everyone on the site. Yup, I read all 20 posts as I was a late comer to this discussion, and I think I posted a comment to everyone. Wow, I've been busy between your post and another one that mysd had posted. As for my personality here on myLot, well you may have almost guessed after reading all my posts! I would say that I am becoming a social butterfly here on myLot. I love to barge into the conversation, and add my two cents for whatever it is worth. I love commenting on people's posts or asking follow up questions about what they have responded. It is nice when there is a back and forth rhythm to posting. I love reading people's posts, and I feel like one way that I can show my appreciation for their posts to comment upon it. I think we all love to get emails saying that some has commented on our post. It makes us feel like what we shared was so valuable. I like to help people too! I do my best to post quality posts that others will find helpful. It is also nice to just be silly, joke around, and have some fun here on myLot. My posts can go anywhere from serious and opinionated to lighthearted fun. It just depends on the topic. I love it when other members posts make me laugh! Okay, now I'll let you in on why I was laughing when I said I was becoming a social butterfly here in myLot. I generally am pretty shy and quiet, but here well I let my hair down a little and loosen up some. It is like I feel I can play on myLot, and I do not have to be serious. Perhaps I should try applying that to my offline activities. Well, I am definitely learning the ropes of socializing here. Now, if I could just learn the art of playing politics? That is harder for me. I would so I am sweet and kind; though, I will openly state my opinion. But best not ask the boyfriend for his opinion, he would say I am mean? Would any of you agree? Well, some myLotters those who read my post about needing relationship advice will know the whole not so happy story. I really think I am going to take myLotters advice that it is time for the relationship to be over, and make a clean break of it. I can not even read and respond to his texts without starting to cry and feel miserable, so I think the writing is on the wall. I am very sensitive and can be very emotional too. Here on myLot my friends and other members make me feel so wonderfully happy. It is a feel good place. I love it here.

You are correct even though I am not that much old on this site but I have seen different members who has different style of writing their post and also their participation in the discussion is also very nice. I like to read their reply specially on my post and also when they comment on my comment. God has made each person in this world with something unique in them which other person does not have or other person lack in them.

There are many active members here who are willing to help you always and always give you a straight answer and give you valuable advice. I love these people and am always ready to have helped me with what I can. because it is a very nice feature in the character of these people and I really appreciate them. interesting topic. nice day!

Hi rberon, I really have never labelled myself as either..., But I can say that I like posting and responding to post here at mylot...I've been her for a little over a year and have enjoyed myself here and also those who I have beome friendly with and even those who are total stangers here...I try to respect everyone's opinion and just give my honest feedback to the discussions I join... As a forum of many many people of many countries, its great to have so many different opoinions of a disussion...

Each one expresses so uniquely in this site. Some are vocal and some are with tact. Some are bold and some are conservative. Some are considerate and some are rude. This is what makes Mylot beautiful ! You can be you , you can freely express yourself , just be guided by those rules. There is big room for one to grow here , only if one is interested. Like our fingers , it have different prints , that is true also to our ways of writing and discussing.

I guess I will get the "one of the most gentle members" taste. lol. I'm still on the familiarizing stage on this website. But I really feel like we are a very large group of friends here. I definitely agree with you. And I suppose I would love to really see the rest of the mylot world. :)

Well, for me there are many people I know I can count on for support and caring and really am glad there will always be the different types of discussions as well as people starting ones for sure. I know here is where you can really learn about a lot of things and get support for almost anything. Most of the time I consider mysself to be encouraging even when having a Bad day, but know even when I post my struggles someone else can relate, and want to help out as well.

I agree with you rberon on your observations with your mentioned mylotters. That's why , i love mylot because in here you meet different types of people. Although i disliked some mylotters who are insulting here. There's no need to mention their names though. I just avoid them here.

Yes, each mylot member has his/her own taste different from the others. Each person is unique. I likewise agree with you about Hatley, she's really sweet and caring. I like making responses to discussions, I seldom start a discussion.

Most of the seniors are good here and they always inspired to newbie. Fanta is also sweet and caring not danger. You are right most of the members are very active and helpful. I miss old days where everyone enjoying their life and feel like they are meeting face to face and laughing on funny discussions. Specially talkative women's discussions she was very active and started funny discussions. I still remember mylot picnic there a jyln(stylish women) bringing cow for milk. heeh...I was in leave last month because my daughter exam was running.

there are members like owlwings who is an authority on mylot. there are members like chaitu_kris whom i wish mylot would create a chat engine for. riyauro has been sweet to me lately, and so have been jenny1015, and silverfox. i think we cannot do without ravisivan sometimes. maybe he ranks a little behind owlwings in the mylot encyclopedia.

I've noticed that too about the members of Mylot. Most of the online community here are very nice and seem to care about people in general however I've talked to a few that have rubbed me the wrong way. What also has happened to me in a few cases is that I've started discussions and on occasion one or two people will completely miss the point or misunderstand the entire discussion. Then when I read the comments I'll get some very irrational and mildly insulting feedback. It could very well be a language barrier issue to some extent so I try to take that into consideration. Either way I take nothing anyone says on here too seriously and try to make friends with everyone.
