Batlle between heart and mind?

Hey guys, we all are often stuck in the battle between heart and mind that goes on and on and makes its a tough affair to take our decisions.
In fact even i have gone through such situations where my heart is saying something and my mind is contradicting it. I feel like stuck at that moment. It becomes very hard for me to take one's stand as if I do not take the stand of heart or mind then i would be loosing a lot of things in my mind.
So in the battle between heart and mind whom would u chose? Have u ever had this kind of situation? What have u chosen then? What are your thoughts on this? Please do share your thoughts!

there are a lot time of these kind of situation. like simples one is during shopping. when i found that things i like, battle with heart and mind starts. my mind say i don't really need it and it waste money but but my heart say i really like it and i wish to own it. a lot of time happen like this and which one will win these time normally are mind because i do care on my money a lot because i don't have a lot to spend. but once in a while heart will win for being that things is too much for me to wish to own it.
well back to battle between heart and mind in more serious cases, normally my mind will win because normally mind thinkings are rational and more correct. i cannot affort to lose to heart because for me heart thinking is wants and mind thinking is rational. hope my sentence do share for you.

Thanks a ton for your response. Well yes u are absolutely right, this never ending battle between mind and heart simply puts us in baffling situation where it becomes a deadlock whom to choose and with whom to part ways. Just as you said about the shopping, even i have experienced the same with me when i dearly wanted to get something but my mind never allows me to do so as it is either expensive or too good to be bought home. Most of the times out mind wins the battle but the day our heart would be victorious would be the day when we would be the most happiest person on earth.

Thanks a ton for your response. Well yes u are absolutely right, i could sense that confusion and uncertainty and how u have to go through a tough battle and later on had to settle with one of them. I know u wanted to have a good meal but then the very though of money came to your mind that spoiled the entire party. This also happens with me most of the time and i feel like cursing myself. It becomes very confusing to decide whether we would support our heart or our mind.

hi,
it always happen this thing in our life when we meet our love ones in the path of our life,heart can not see the wrong when we fall in love but he can feel it,but the mind know the effect and cause of this love,and i could say that i am blind when i am in love with someone.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, the battle between heart and mind catches up very closely when we meet our loved ones and while our heart advocates something, our mind instructs us to do something and thereby it creates a lot of confusion in us. It becomes very difficult for us to settle for a decision in such a situation.

That's right sometimes there's a battle between our heart and mind. Everytime when I got my paid the first thing I always want to do is to buy a new dress, but my mind told me that I should keep more money for tomorrow.

Thanks a ton for your response. Well yes u are right, most of the time we have this never ending conflict between mind and heart and it becomes very tough to choose a particular side as both have valid supporting causes. Just as u said that when u were paid, you must be very excited to get a new dress but your mind did not allow you to do so and rather save it for the future and for security purposes. We are confused and stuck in choosing whom to support and whom to ditch.
