Can weather be a factor of your enthusiasm?

Weather is a major factor governing the attitude of most people. A bright sunny day always tends to make the whole day seem brighter and helps to improve a person's attitude. On the other hand, a cold or wintery day usually depresses people and reduces their mood. I suppose that there are numerous people who enjoy rain, snow or cold weather, but they would be the exception and not the rule.

Yes u right, this happens with most of us when we get too lazy and sleepy while on cloudy days and feel energized and ready to work during sunny days and this is human tendency and happens with almost everyone. It is pretty normal for such things to happen and weather does have its influence on our mood and that is reflected from our mannerisms. What say?

Weather is not a major factor for our mood but it has an impact..its true..I have also find sometimes for me..I read somewhere that it is advised to depression patients to avoid being in darkness and doing some jobs like gardening or playing with pets so that they can be in touch of nature..

Hi, You are right. weather can be a factor for our enthusiasm. Weather in our city now is not very pleasant. It is hot. In the morning only it is pleasant. I feel enthusiastic in winter when there is cold weather everywhere. But it is not only factor for our enthusiasm. there are many factors for making us refreshing.

When I feel happy even a bad weather will not influence me, and I appreciate the rain and snow or wind.But if I feel sad even sunshine can not let me feel happy.
