Husband sues his Wife for being UGLY!

To me both are at fault. The wife shouldn't have hidden the truth about having plastic surgery but try to explain why she did it and hope the husband understands. On the other hand, if the husband really loved his wife it would not matter how she looked and just be happy about their baby. This couple lack trust and love which is essential to form a happy family. Without it all families will fail and the one who suffers the most will be the children.

The wife hid the fact that she has done plastic surgery is the bad part. had she told him that there would be no confusion. it is not the husbands fault but the girls. A lie cannot be hidden for long. it shows out. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Too bad that love comes more convenient for pretty people but the true essence behind TRUE love is missing. The guy should have love the girl despite of where she have been or what was her past. LOL. Good for those people who are true to themselves. They should be proud, there are people out there who would love you unconditionally, despite of what is your appearance or even if you lacking, missing or regretting something in mind. Happy mylotting, peeps and stay true to yourselves.

That reason is just so absurd. Some babies were born ugly but when they grow up, they tend to be pretty and good looking!

I haven't heard of that, but I don't think plastic surgery is a good thing, because all of us will be old, and that is the nature.

On one hand, that is kind of funny but on the other, it is not. Maybe the wife should have told the husband that she had the plastic surgery but even with a new baby, that baby could still grow up to be the most beautiful person ever! I'm a firm believer that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and no one is truly ugly.

Hi Toxic, Do you have a link to this?? I really think that is just horrible and that maybe she will be lucky in the long run if he leaves her. Most parents love their child unconditionally regardless of defects and "being ugly" is the least of them. Ok so his wife did not tell her husband that she had surgery to make herself prettier. You don't say what type of surgery, how long before they met the surgery was done or even if the surgery was her choice or perhaps that of her parents. So so many details left out of this discussion. Bottom line is that her husband obviously chose her for her looks and not who she was as a person. Part of me feels that should should have informed him of the surgery prior to marrying him and then she would have seen what a real jerk he was and there is no surgery that can fix that.

That is simmple idiocy. This man married this women for better or for worse. How can he has thought her attractive enough to marry and now think she is ugly? And babies are always ugly when first born. Wrinkled and red. Ugh! This is so stupid I can't think of anything I have heard that was dumber.

I can it case of cheating the husband since not informing the fact to him for so long. This shows even if she tries to hide the truth Nature had brought it in front.

Isn't that what you call the "ugly truth"?! I couldn't imagine how the husband could be so disappointed at how their baby looked like and also the fact that his wife underwent a surgery. So what? Is it a crime to make yourself beautiful? Geez! What a crazy guy! Is he handsome himself? I mean the appearance of the child could be a mixture of both of the parents' features, right?

That's unfair. Maybe the husband does not love his wife. He was only after her outer beauty. If he really loves his wife he should have accepted his wife for what she is.

Thats pathetic and confusing too..I think the man should confirm a DNA test before..Having an ugly baby can not be a big reason for divorce :-0 The wife should tell him for her plastic- surgery before going into marriage but the man should think before deciding a divorce..the thing is now they are parents having a responsibility, how can they act so kiddish..:-?

Hi friend, sad to hear about this news. The hubby is really cruel for taking such kind of unwanted decision. Beauty is not a factor for real love, i feel pity for that wife. Anyway it is better to live alone than living with this kind of suspicious person

hi, if that will happen to me i will not sue my partner because the child still came from our blood and cells,and aside from that when we marry someone we should need to accept those ugly side of that person even her/his face,still that person is the person we loved and respect.

I think divorce might be a good idea for this couple. why did the husband never consider the possibility that the ugly gene may have come from his side of the family? she is definitely better off without him. and besides lots of ugly ducklings turn into beautiful swans.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well this was such an embarrassing incident for the entire humanity and that speaks the level of insanity and lack of humanity in that guy. I do not understand what is the role of looks in a relationship and especially after a marriage. There is absolutely no fault with the baby nor with that poor lady and i think that man should be heavily punished for whatever he did. What say?

That's really pathetic. It could have been the happiest day of the couple but became the worst. God knows when these people would stop thinking about looks.

so sad, still that husband doesnt know whats the meaning of love? yes she lied buy the huaband forget the good times they have shared when they are together! poor wife! dont she worry, she still have her child! no one knows what will the world will bring to them! maybe a good luck! God is good!
