I like watching foodnetwork and get recipe from these famous chefs. I watch Dinners Drive in and Dives also. This shows gives secret recipes from restaurants that are famous for their food. I notice that they use a lot of butter! And then for chefs, they also use wine. When they use butter or wine, they really use them a lot. A chunk of butter and a bottle of wine. Of course that makes it better. Wine is not bad, but they are expensive. Butter is full of fat!
And one more ingredient: garlic. Garlic is used a lot in everything. So overall these 3 ingredients that I find the secret items for the famous recipes. Do you have any other secret ingredients on your recipe?

I love those food tv shows. As I cook here all the time. My only real thing I use as a special additive is lemon juice to meets. i feel it really helps bring out the natural flavors in it.

I use lemon most of the time for seafood to counteract the fishy smell.Lemon can also tenderize meat.
