I need to be toned

What's the best overall exercise for women? Focus is on the abs, thighs, glutes and arms. Any supplements without caffeine you guys can suggest and keep me from getting break outs? I've tried jack3d but started growing acne

I toning is for specified parts of the body and overall exercise is aerobics for me, but I kinda love elliptical as it only swing both arms and legs as I target to lose weight

For me, the best way to get toned is running! And you can also do Pilates, That will help you develop long, lean muscles and not those big, bulky muscles. It is hard but when you get used to it, you'd surely love it as much as I do now. You can search for basic pilates moves in the net, youtube would be a great source of videos for this too.

There are a lot of exercise that you can get from youtube, exercise websites. The websites that I like to go are Women's Health and Livestrong. They have very good content from professionals. There are videos and pictures as well. My suggestion, go with the exercise that has combination of movements. Not just concentrating to a specific muscle only. Go with combination group of muscle. They are more effective and can cut down the time of your exercise. For example, squat combine with shoulder press, Lunges with bicep curls, side plank with rotation, etc. If you are not familiar with the term, then browse first in youtube. There are tons of exercise there.
