It's been a couple of months now that I have been unable to hit the metrics needed to meet for me to be able considered a performer. I have been having some difficulties working out the things needed to achieved. I realized I wasn't really motivated to work! I did not had any goal. It was like come what may. And I have been complaining a lot about things going on around. I focused more on the negative side. Now I should get back on track. Now is the chance for me to work out everything. I should not lose hope. I have learned my lesson and Im commiting myself for a better outcome this month. God be with me. It's a new month that I need to surpass. I need to start it right.
