What would be your favorite way of relaxation ?

We would all have different ways of relaxation, and we need that to get rid of the stresses of the day. My favorite way is listening to classical music, Mozart, Chopin, Brahms, and so on. I keep a collection of CDs of classical music and listen to them almost every evening, very pleasant, very relaxing. What would be your favorite way of relaxation ?

I like Mozart and Chopin too,my favorite way of relaxation is almost same with you.After i finish my works i am listening instrument music from kitaro,makes me fresh and release my stress,while listening music i drink coffee and eat some cake.Just like in the paradise.Relaxation is something that some people need it when got busy.My friends always sleeping when he want to get relax.

If I ever get one of those days. Id like to take a hot bath, and just lay on the sofa and watch a movie. being so busy here, i rarely get to do that. by the time I get off work in my cafe, alls I want is a shower and bed. have a great weekend there.

The method of my relaxation is just sleep and watch tv. Music is a better way for some people,but i don't like it. If you enjoy it, continue to get relaxed after your work.

one way of of relaxing is listening to music, coz it feels like it touches my soul.. :-).. But the best is spending time with my partner and with family.. watching movies, eating, chatting, or going to the beach with them makes me feel complete. i cant think of problems or anything that bothers me when i am with them.. :-)..

Well, listening to music is a good way to relax, most especially with classical music. I do that sometimes. But my favorite way of relaxing is actually going to the sea and just sit and relax. I like the sound of waves and by listening, I feel that I am in harmony with nature. On some occasions, I walk around the sand barefoot, they usually give a different way of massage.

I have many ways to relax, such as sleeping, watching a movie, going for a walk... But my favorite way of relaxation is sleeping, I like sleeping very much , I think I like it since I was a child. When I sleep, I forget the tiredness of the work or the worries, I feel I have a clear mind after a sleep. I even can't focus on my work if I don't have a nap after a lunch.

I could see how classical music could be relaxing.
I, on the other hand, sleep to relax. I usually sleep my worries away so I could just shut down the world for a moment. But of course, sleeping is not a way for me to escape from my problems. It is merely a moment to rest and stop thinking. So I could wake up with a new found enthusiasm to face my problems. Over thinking kills, sleeping rules! ;)
Also take note of what JK Rowling said, "Numbing the pain for a while will only make it worse when you finally feel it." It is advisable to relax but remember to face your problems after.
