Though it is generally accepted that junk food is not healthful, Fast-food restaurants are popping up all over the world.These restaurants are for people who are always in a rush.
Do you often eat fast food? What do you think of the Fast-food?

actually i am not always eat in fast food because we all know that all food in the fast food are expensive and aside from that it contains more cholesterol rather than food that prepared in the house,there are only times that i eat in fast food and that is when pay day just to treat my self.

We use to eat at fast food restaurants, not regularly maybe once or twice a month. We have drastically changed out eating habits and we never eat at them anymore. These days, we are more apt to carry a cooler with us with our prepared meals of rice, sweet potatoes, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. We have watched several documentaries, read some books, learned about raw foods and the healthy benefits of fruits and vegetables, so we don't really like what fast food has to offer us.

Hi friend, We all know fast food is not good for our health, but still some people are addicted with it and don't have the ability to come out from fast food craze. Most of the fast foods are cooked in an instant manner with some artificial ingredients and flavors which is not good for our health, also the cook will add some thing to increase the taste of the food, this kind of ingredients and flavors will give some good taste to our tongue, but it is not good for our health.
Some persons will get stomach problems and some other side effects after taking the fast food, even some people started to vomit and get sick due to this kind of unwanted ingredients which is added in the fast food. Too much of fast food is not good for our health, surely we must avoid the fast food addiction to avoid a lot of health issues.
Yesterday i read a news stated that a 13 year old girl get an strange disease due to her fast food habit, she is interested in taking fast food and every week days she will go to the fast food center after finishing her school and eat the food whichever she wish, due to this activity frequently she get stomach pain, but she don't give more importance to it. Finally she is affected with a new kind of disease and doctors are consulting for solving her issue. Doctors find that she got this problem due to her fast food habit and advised her to completely avoid fast food here after.
We don't get any benefits by eating fast food, on the other hand it will give some health issues and strange disease. Better to avoid fast food and always take the good and health food which is good for your health. Also avoid the oil and junk food to keep your health in a good manner. Health is our real wealth and we must give a lot of importance to our health by avoiding this kind of unwanted things. It will lead us to live a happy life for a long time without health issues.

In fact, I don't always eat fast food, I think most of them are unhealhty food. But I know many children in my country like fast food very much, and they are addicted to fast food. Fast food here is more expensive than the other food. Many children like them maybe because they think fast food is delicious, they like fried chicken, chips. My daughter likes fast food, too. IN order to decrease the bad effect of fast food, I always do these food at home for my daughter instead of going to fast food restaurant, I feel at least the oil and meat I use are healthy. ANd also they are cheaper than at the reataurant.

I love eating fast-food most especially when i am on rush hours, or when i didn't ate my meal i rush to fast-food to accommodate my hunger. However, like you said it has bad effects most especially fry meals because they are more rich in cholesterol and fat. However, eating it occasionally doesn't harm your system that much.

the husband and I eat it pretty regularly... we are trying tp cut back since we have a young son. he hasnt had any fast food yet.
