hello lotters just this morning as I opened my internet, Google chrome is my favorite browser. when I tried to open mylot.com on chrome, Avast webshield started to pop then it said " MALICIOUS URL BLOCKED". It keep on popping every time I opened mylot.com even yahoo.com, clixsense, neobux and other PTC. So I decided to scan my computer, it detected a 5 virus but still Avast keep on Blocking mylot.com. i opened Avast webshield to disable the options in scanning a webpage successfully Chrome opened mylot.com but still Avast warning pop-up starts. To my dismay I had to use other browser. So now i'm using Opera Browser and luckily I had no problem in browsing mylot.com. Have you ever experience this kind of event where your AV blocked your favorite website?

During a moment, I was asking myself how you had been able to post this discussion without being able to open myLot. I am surfing on Linux, and I have no antivirus running on background, as virus are very rare on this OS. I would suggest you to clear your cache and cookies, to use a boot CD/DVD, and to scan your disk again with a different antivirus.

fortunately I have never experienced something like that at all. May be you would've installed some toolbar lately and that is why it is showing that way. It usually happens that way with my friend . I just love chrome so much that I hate to use any other browser no matter what!

I'm using chrome right now. I think you have to check your firewall to be able to open mylot using chrome. I never had a problem like that before thought my anti virus isn't avast. Last year, I was using avast but never encountered this problem either.

I use Chrome every day and I have never had an issue like the one you describe. Have you tried emailing Chrome support about the problem? They may be able to tell you what to do to fix it.

There must problem in Your system not in mylot or other website, just scan for virus and delete it if problem not cleared you must format and reload your os.
