Good Effect of Alcohol

Getting drunk and getting lazy is not good for some people but did you know that drinking alcohol for me is good because it helps me to have menstruation. I was irregular for 3 months but yesterday me and me friend drink strong and hard alcohol.. and today i have periods... I dont know but it works for me :)

Good for you :)- It's also good to relax people and it has good antioxidants for the body... but of course you shouldn't drink too much :).

It's the first time I have heard of this. Maybe there is science behind this, probably something to do with blood production or something like that because when I was younger I remember some old people, while drinking when being asked, they would always say that it helps produce blood or something like that. Anyway, if it works for you, then it must be good, just remember to drink moderately.
