It's nice to be have so many notifications every time we open our Facebook accounts. Isn't it? But when we open it, it's just game requests. At first I don't mind receiving these however as time passes by and as many game requests are coming in, I'm getting pissed already.
I'm sure many of us here can relate. I often read in the status of my friends about how they feel being flooded with game requests thingy.
I'd just like to share with you this picture about game requests we receive in Facebook. It really made me laugh.
Have a good day everybody!

I hate game requests. Like you at first it didn't bother me but then after awhile it was getting out of hand. I also have the Facebook app for my cell phone and it seemed like every five minutes I was getting Facebook notifications about game requests. It took me about three months to figure out how to stop them from showing up on my phone. They're a lot of funny photos about game requests going around. One of my favorites is a tractor that's crashed into someones living room. Across the bottom it says if you send me a Farmville request I will drive a tractor through your house.

It is so funny my friend Sindelle! For me I don't mind or take time to read those game requests they are sending because I am not very interested. I don't like playing games because I know I will not enjoy knowing our internet connection is quite low and my laptop is not for gaming also. I just play games which are easy.

hey sindelle, I heard you have idea how to stop those notifications. Can you teach me how then?
It feels funny having a tractor for the house of who requests you to join the game,
Seems like they have done really bad thing to you that you have to take tractor in their houses...

I'd have to mess around with my Facebook account to remember how to stop the constant Facebook game texts. As for stopping the individual game requests there is a way to block the individual games in your profile somewhere. I just blocked every game that was remotely popular that I was getting game requests for. It stopped about 98% of it. Every once in awhile I might see one as new games come out. At first I actually played Farmville only so I could send someone stuff to be nice because his computer was slow. I actually hated the game very much. Then what happened was everyone and their brother found out that I logged onto Farmville once or twice in my life and the game requests got crazy.

I didn't think about some of the game notification being viruses. Yes iv;e heard they can be but when i made my comment i didn't think about that. Tho I have never gotten a virus from getting game requests ,but some of my friends have gotten them. So if and when i ever get or send a game request i need to be very careful about it or not send it. Thanks for reminding me of the viruses you can get.

Hello redredrose! It's my pleasure to remind everybody to be cautious. I guess there's nothing wrong by reminding. We need to be informed so that at least when something bad happened, we can't just blame anybody because we have been warned.
May you have a happy evening!

I like getting game request all the time. Yes it can be annoying at times but its better than not getting any requests at all. I would like to get other request from my friends but game requests are fine. They are ok tho annoying when u get too many. I like getting them because it shows my friends take an interest in playing with me. Tho i'd like to get other requests and messages from them o take what i can get because at least they are my friends on here and not doing anything bad to me.

Hello redredrose! Thanks for sharing your views on this one. It's good to see how other people think the other way around. Of course, not all people can agree with you.
Though, you are being positive on this one, redrose!
That's good to hear. For me, I don't like having game requests though, but if it was a close friend who wants me to play with, I'd go for it. But only for few games, not being addicted to it...depends on the game as well, and how fun it would be for us to play with each other. But I do love playing games with a friend if it's physical one, not a computer aided game. The feeling of seeing your friend playing and moving and having that adrenalin rushing can be fun plus the bonding time you have is awesome! That's why time is really important specially who you are with spending time to...
Yeah, too many requests seems annoying, you know!

Oh really? It's good to have a mylotter who responded here in my discussion like you who likes to get game requests. It's so unique. Anyway, thanks for sharing your own view and being honest. I find it honest because you really tell the other way around. Most of the answers were same like mine who are mostly annoyed.
Good night!

Sometimes it really irritates me when somebody is asking for game request but it came to a point that I am the one who is doing it just because I played some games.

Yes, I do like seeing those notifications with numbers. But sadly, those are just for game requests..
I don't know why they seem to enjoy playing there. It's one way to waste time, right?
One time, I posted a status saying, why do you keep on asking game requests, when I really don't like to play...because 8 am busy making money, you know?
Haha, yeah but seems like they really loved playing.
I don't know why people love to play instead of joining mylot instead.
The time we have in here can be paid, compared to the time wasted on playing those you don't realize not worth it...

Yeah, they seem not to care for they just love playing.
SO, you don't play anything at all? even just a single one for a little time?
Well, if i do get bored, at times, i would play. but not all the time.
It's just like apstime for me and i guess 30 minutes is the maximum time i can do that. Well, depends on my mood as well.
But earning money online is really a best thing to do when you are in front of a computer or just have internet connection in your mobile and can use mylot for it, i would definitely go for mylot than playing...
since earning is more worth to make time to, than just playing around...

I guess not all people are not fully aware of this wonderful mylot community. Anyway that is their life, they can do anything they want. I think this game requests didn't exist before. Just now. If they love playing, I love mylotting. Here I can earn money and also learn something which is worth for my time and effort.

Yes, it is really annoying to received such requests most especially that we are not that used to play those featured games on Facebook. Hope that the Facebook administrator could find a way so that those requests could declined and will not be able to send requests again to those who are not interested to play.

Hello auwielady! I am also frequent in Facebook though there is nothing really important to do there. I just want to open my account and be updated. The problem is I am overly updated knowing that some of my friends keep on updating. It's okay. They are harmless. You're right when you said about gaming notifications. I made another discussion on that. You might want to check it. Thank you. We can't do nothing about it but bare.

Actually there is an options where you can turn all this game notices off in Facebook. I also used to receive them in the past but now rare do I receive those notices.
Have a nice evening.
Ciao!

You could actually decline receiving these notifications from different game apps so that you would no longer be bothered by the tons of game requests sent to you. That is what I did to my own Facebook account. It gets really annoying to keep on receiving them most especially if you are not interested to play them.

I really don't know those game requests they are sending to me. Some of it are also begging for help like gifts or coins. I just ignore it since I am not used to it and I have never been addicted to a game in Facebook except for tetris there but I am not playing it anymore.

Hi cearn!
Before, whenever I received game requests, I will also send back an invitation to work online. But they would tell me they are busy. So this time, I just ignore those invitations.
Have a nice day!

And that is why I already blocked those people who always play games in Facebook from sending me game notifications. It is just so annoying when they send you requests for games you dont even play, nor even know how to play!

Hey cearn25, I also feel the same way you do about those Facebook notifications. Since I don't frequently open my account that much, I would always be excited to see lots of those red notifications on my account. Only to be disappointed that half of those are from my friends questing for nails, be neighbors or some other stuff in Facebook games. I have tried to play one of the games but I eventually drop it because I'm just not really into it. I guess it's still a good ung, in a way that those friends of mine would remember me still even if it's just through Facebook games.
