How to replace caffeine

Each day begins with a cup of coffee.But too much coffee the most damage of the nervous system.Can we replace caffeine.I found a few ways to do this.Caffeine can substitute with rosemary.Rosemary and chases tonys not only physical but also mental fatigue.Lemon honey is another way to replace your your caffeine intake.
This combonation is most useful when using only freshly squeezed lemon juice

Whenever I need to do something over night I always get a bar of chocolate to help me with the things I do without drinking coffee. Cocoa is also good if you want to drink something without caffeine, you can make it sweet or a little bit bitter like the original taste of coffee. How about fruits? When I don't want to drink a hot coffee or eat chocolate, I get apple from the fridge and it will surely help me refresh my body and it would really wake me up.
