love and family, or money for brighter future?

i have a friend who was offered to work abroad for 3 years.. however he was thinking if he will accept the job, he will be leaving his family and girlfriend.. he was wondering on how to adjust and to live a life without them.. he has this question, would he stay on his country, with a job of just enough pay and have a lot of time with his family and friends, or work abroad, more money, but away from his family?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i know it must be very tough for your friend to take any decision. But i think he should give more priority to his family over his abroad job. This is because there is no dearth of job opportunities in one's country. Besides family will always want us to stay with us and for that reason he should try to search for a good job so that he can stay with his family and take care of them. What say?
