Halloween wasn't that fun for me anymore

So, how was your Halloween day with your kids? My nephew and niece all grew up big, they weren't that exciting about Halloween anymore as they used to be. This year, I offer to buy them a pumpkin, so they can carve a Jack - o - lantern or something, they were just half warm - heart. For me, I wasn't for the Halloween day, I did it because of the kids. So, now they all grew up, maybe I shouldn't worry about what they like or not.
On Halloween night, only 2 kids show up at my doorstep asking for candies. I prepared a lot that day, maybe just wasted them, so I would bring them to work share with my co - workers.

Well maybe new but cheap Halloween costumes may bring back their enthusiasm towards the said holiday. In a site called http://www.4cheaphalloweencostumes.com/ (this is not a referral site) there are a variety of cheap halloween costumes your kids may like despite their age. You can let check that website out.

hi,
Halloween is not really funny for me because i am afraid during that day, actually there are many kids who have fun this Halloween and they were not showed up here in my house but they were in the office, that is why all candies we bought we distributed it to them.

This is the first year we had almost 100 kids come to our house to say trick or treat. The kids were so cute dressed up in their costumes. I know as kids get older it is harder to for them to like Halloween. I am sure that your niece and nephew will love Christmas. I know that my favorite holiday is Christmas because I love seeing all the lights and seeing the houses decorated. I will be decorating my house the day after Thanksgiving and will keep things up until New Years Day.

Thanks a ton for sharing such discussion. Well i can understand that u must be missing that excitement and anticipation on your kids and on your niece and nephews faces regarding the Halloween but what can be done, since they are grown up may be they have lost interest in celebrating it. But i wish if they had actually taken it a more seriously then it would have got a small smile on your face. Lets hope that their minds are changed next year.
What say?

Hi friend, good to know about your halloween activities. In our country we don't have this celebration. As you mentioned your nephew and niece are grown up, so there is no more great enjoyment to you on this day
