A baby band! I hear pregnant woman,in their third trimester are wearing this! I hear it is to support the baby better and make mom more comfortable. My friend Mary,who is due in 5 weeks, just started wearing one. I wish they were around when I was pregnant 23 years ago! Anyone out there ever use one of these?

I have never heard of a baby band.. I know that when I was pregnant I would put head phones around my belly.. It really relaxed my boys.. Music is good for babies; it may just be music to you and I but for little ones it helps them with math.. My son is in first grade now; math is his best subject;-)

I never heard of this baby band until my friend Mary started wearing it. She got it from her doctor. I heard baby doctors do recommond them nowadys! I wish they were around in 1989 when I was pregnant! I was so miserable the last month of my pregnance! things sure have changed since then!

Yes things have changed quite a bit.. There was 5 years between my sons, and there was so much more stuff when I started getting ready for my youngest.. Some of the stuff helped, and then there was other stuff that was like whats that for? Or.. Really someone would actaully use this??
As the years pass women are required to do more while they are pregnant so it makes sense that there is more out there to make the whole experince easier to go through..

Wow, something to make a woman more comfortable while being pregnant? Definitely needed that about 25 years ago!
I've seen on t.v. shows where the men or women who wanted to be pregnant wearing stuffing to make them look like they were pregnant and make them think what it would be like to be pregnant. But never seen/heard something to wear to make you comfortable while being pregnant!

I wish I had one of those when I was pregnant back in 1989! It would of be a big help! I was so comfortable never the end of my pregnance! So many things have gottan better since then for pregnant woman! It truly is progress!

My friend Mary is wearing this band because her doctor recommanded it. Mary is on her feet all day and the band makes her feel more comfortbale while she works. Mary loves it! In a few weeks she'll be a mom and there will be no more band!

Hi Blue,
Yes I have heard of those. My daughter had one when she was pregnant. It was pretty cool. They have so much more for both baby and mom that they did not have even 18 yrs ago when I had my youngest!! And the maternity clothes are so much more fashionable. Of course, I see most of them don't even wear maternity clothes and I would think that would be a bit uncomfortable but maybe these baby bands help with that.

My friend Mary didn't buy any maternity clothes. They are so expensive! At work she has gottan XL large t-shirts to wear! She wears her normal pants. She found out someone,a woman,had come out with a band you can wear around your waist,just under the belly over the top of the pants and continue to wear your regular pants! Things sure have have changed over the years for babies and pregnant woman!

oh my I have never heard of a baby band too. I ope it is good thing. well good for those who are yet to be mothers..

My friend got it the band from her doctor. She likes it but when she started wearing it the baby was not happy! Mary in on her feet at work all day. It makes her more comfortable while at work.
