Does your partner always says I love you all the time?

If he keep saying it all the time, that will irritate me as well. I am not a kind of person who keep saying those words- and I think saying it all the time doesn't make sense anymore.

My husband would often whisper and say "I love you". But I guess, a lot has changed ever since and I would rarely hear him say it. I never got annoyed or fed up hearing those words coz I know that when I person tell is to you, it means it is true. I am kind missing hearing those words.....but I would like him to tell it wholeheartedly than me to remind him to tell it to me.
