The Ring 1998

I remember watching this movie. I was not scared while watching the movie, but after that, I was paranoid. I don't jump in fright when the phone rings but I avoid looking at television sets that were turned off. I imagine them turning on by themselves, showing static, and then sadako going out of the screen.

I recall that movie being alright for a horror movie. I didn't find it scary either but at least it didn't come off to me as cheesy. Its been a few years though since I've seen it. When that movie came out on DVD I brought it for my mother for Christmas. She was upset and it was then I found out she hated horror films. Eventually she watched it and was jumpy the entire time lol. She also got very angry at my father for sneaking up on her. lol....I should make her watch a movie that is actually scary.

That horror movie must have been one of the ghost movie that counting a lot on the sound effects and volume to frightens the audience. I watched the movie and I do not feel any at all scary. Though I find the scene where the ghost came out of the well and walk towards the screen and came out from the screen interesting. I like that scene and I have always imagine that it happens when I am watching television.
