Hi everyone
Is there anyone knows much about leaking valve? in our body system we have 4 valve, but it depends where and which part of the body got the problem. some of these valve can be operated due to surgery but some can't be help if it just only a minor leaks the physician don't do nothing. but how can you prevent the leakage? the doctors said that some people born with that leaks and you don't know that it's there. but as you could get older you always feel tiredness more because of that. if you knew some ways how to overcome and prevent the leakage please share.
Have a great day everyone

You are not precised friend because almost most part of our body has some sort of a leak.I can not just imaqine how to count it because we are composed of so many pores that I can not count it all.All of these pores frequently leaks perspiration
that does not need to be operated because it has a purpose to leak our waste materials, just like our tears from the eyes, our urine also needed to be disposed from our organs.

Berting, the valve that i'm talking about is our major artery in our body. there are 4 arteries in our body which you could find in our right and left ventricle. that means that those main veins that we have that supply blood into our body, if one of these is leaking, it is not good for the heart, because a heart would struggle to pump it up and distribute the blood supply in our body. this means that the heart would be inflame. and the result? you always feel tired and you have experienced short of breathing. but as i've said, it depends which artery it is, because there are some surgery that can be done through the groin and then definitely they can stop the leakage.for those leakage that it's just only little bit you have to monitor it from time to time that varies from 2-3 years check up. and thorough exercise is needed to keep your heart healthy and fit.

What you were mentioning are these arteries in our heart and lungs that pumps to supply and takes out blood from both organs of this part of our body. There is only
one solution to avoid what you were afraid would happen. This is by eating the right food with nutrients that would fight blockades of our arteries.many people would suggest that we should have adequate exercise to battle this disease, yet they keep on consuming those fatty foods, especially junk foods from fast foods,
that can be available every time a family are outdoor. Why not have some foods made
that have lots of vegetables and some fresh fruits to make your system healthy and you could avoid those clogged arteries. Most people are fun of drinking soft drinks, that are made to supplement us of those unwanted sugar and calories, and instead just drink a plain water that could make us more lively and fresh all day
long.I am not an exercise friendly person but I have this habit to keep my always fit,by just plain walking for 2 to 3 meters everyday. As long as you are healthy.

Berting, thanks for your input, as you can see BLOCKAGE and LEAKING are 2 different things. i know what you mean because i went to 3 different heart specialist which means this are the doctors that specializes for the heart. if it is just only a blockage there's nothing to worry about this because in here there are certain device that would burst up where the blockage are. but for the leaking valve in my case surgery is not good and not applicable for me because there is nothing to worry about and it's common for most people to have leaking valve. just keep an eye and keep monitoring on it, if there will be chsnges. and as what you said proper diet is needed. but still i don't like it i hope this wasn't there.

I am dealing with this right now I have an artificial valve and my left valve is leaking. The leaking valve has been there since I was born and eventually it does get worse but there's nothing the doctors can really do for it. Because of the leaking valve my left ventricle is larger then it should be and the strength of it has weakened. I get Cardiac catheritizations done every 3 yrs to keep an eye on the leaking valve and my heart. I just had one done 2 days ago and the doctors are thinking it's probably time to replace both valves that it might help me in the long run to be healthy because I'm starting to have some health problems due to it. I don't know if me telling you this is answering your questions or not but I really don't understand the whole scenery behind the leaking valve either but I will know more once I get the results of my test in a week or so.

Berting, thanks, and mind you to keep all your body healthy exercises is the best and proper diet as well, and with minimum of 30 minutes a day exercises that will do and as suggested by the doctors.even walking for that long that's perfect exercise for the heart.
Blondie, you're right and i'm fully aware of that of what you'd been saying, you know i just can't understand why the doctors can't figure out with these things, if there will be a problem there's should be a way to fix it out no matter where you are in the world., there's should be a mean for that, but that's the problem doctors can't do nothing, they just only keep you an eye on it, but as a person you know better than the doctors based on your feelings, and most of the times i always feel weak and occasionally i experienced heart pilpitation and that's a sign of that as well. the way i feel probably in 10years time maybe will get it worst and that's bad because you know already this one early on but sad to say doctors can't help it. an according to my heart specialist, eat lots fresh fruits and vegies will help and i know that, so that's why we just keep going and move on because that's how it is in life. i'm sad to know this happened to you to blondie, but as what i know majority of people out there have this problem, some less and some bad. good luck to you blondie and hopefully you will feel better after those things done to you. can you please update me on this? because i do lots of search about this but doesn't resolve my queries unless you experienced it. in my case it's not too bad i'll have to come back again in 2 years time but my feelings is worst you know? and i don't like it.
