If you can provide them all the information about the products, you will be a great business woman. And, of course, be prepared to answer the questions they would have, for example, price trends, market trends, and so on.

hi /alice I am an American an elderly one but if you met me you would not be afraid of me. Most Americans are nice people and I think if you just be your natural sweet self you will do well . You look very attractive I am sure and just be confident of yourself. You evidently are very intelligent or you would not be doing the job you are. Just be calm and business like and as I said be yourself. Most times when we are nervous about meeting someone important we think we must change and that just makes one even more nervous.relax and be your normal self and you cannot go wrong.

Well i would like to tell you first that when u will change your looks and hairstyle then your nervousness will still be there. So better try to overcome your nervousness, try to know more about the delegates, brace yourself regarding how to welcome them and what all you need to tell them when they visit the plant. What say?
