Your son must be very lucky. My mother has also celebrated her 42nd birthday yesterday and I was not able to come into her celebration. I am living here in the city while her is in the province. I have a work also yesterday so I did not have the opportunity to be with her birthday. I just greeted her and promised to have her gift from me on Christmas.

Nothing is better than knowing that the family is together and enjoying their time. Growing older has made me more aware to my parents sacrifices and unconditional love they gave me over the years, so i try to spend whatever time I can with them now that i am living overseas.

Today was also my Daughter's BD, she is 52. I started out calling her early to ask if i could do anything for her, she is not very well and often needs help, then I baked her a custard instead of a cake, took some mail out for her and did a few more chores. One thing is that i remember her first day of life much better than she does, She was a difficult birth and has followed that roll her whole life. But she is loved.

I don't believe that there is anything that is better than being able to spend time with your family and there is no time that it is more true than when it is to be able to spend a special day with your family. Though it wasn't a birthday, we were invited to celebrate in a very special day with my cousin over the weekend as it was his wedding day. We were able to celebrate with him and his bride and also with most of my aunts and uncles as well. It truly was a very special day.
