How did you lose weight?

People who have had success with dieting please tell me how you did it. I'm having a losing battle and it's beginning to get scary. How do you find the willpower to stick to an eating plan when there is soooo much yummy fattening food out there?

Well Let me tell you how I lost 10 pounds in just one month. I walked fast everyday for an hour. I didn't eat anything after 7p.m. because if you eat after that you tend to gain weight. I basically ate regular food, but not much fried or fatty food. I didn't eat any chips, cookies or cold drinks. So, That's how I lost, and i'm still loosing, I want to loose another 10 pound by christmas. I'm not fat, but i'm not skinny either. And I want to be thin.
