Missing friends

Hello Lotters,
I know this kinda sound awkward (to me) but I kinda miss my friends these days. i mean, not only here but also outside mylot. though i have added them in facebook, i don't talk to them. sometimes, when there are relevant issues at hand or some stories to tell, but there's nothing much to tell.
A friend of mine told me to keep talking and hanging out with different people so that i could be happy. meh, I don't have to do that every day or week because people are busy from time to time. well, i wouldn't be here in mylot if am not happy talking to people online

I misses my friends too these past few days but since we had long weekend,I did have a chance to get in touch with them since most of us has now work.Bond with them even for a day was really great and enjoy.We really had so much fun and enjoy each others company while catching up on things and reminiscing memories of the past.

Hello ardoy, It doesn't have to be every single day, the best thing to make the bonding great is when you set up after a couple of years or so.well, reminiscing is one of the good things why we should make it more memorable as good as possible. i remember one time i had a hangout with my friends and it was really good.

I have been working so much, that I haven't had time for my friends. I'm finally starting to get some of my time back, so I'm slowly getting back with my friends. If it hadn't been for facebook and text, I wouldn't know who was doing what.

Hello angelwithkids, there's always time for friends but it doesn't have to be too often. most specially if work is really important and you need to finish it before deadline. am sure your friends are quite busy too with their own field of work, one day you could call in and set up some camping trips or hanging out with the places your friends used to go to.

Mylot has been my most visited site ever since I decided to be active again. I do have friends at Facebook, but yes, we could not always be chatting all the time as they are also busy with their own families. being at Mylot, although we do not know one another personally, we feel that we "belong" and we realize that missing some of the old friends is not as much.

Hello Jenny1015, yes just like you mylot has been the best for me in getting to know people again. hard to believe that I was able to get to know a few lotters on the different level.there's a risk of some people might pretend but that's the risk of being here online, some people would pretend. i feel belong here for as long as i can remember.

hi,
i have many friends and i met them in my work,schools and in my residential area even in my province,sometimes i do missing them too especially my friends in the province because we only seeing each other when holidays like lenten season and all saints day.

Hello Asliah, Nice that not only you have friends back in your school days but also you have friends from work and neighborhood. but becareful telling them your story, or it could lead to bad impression on others or use it against you if you specially don't realize that person can't be trusted. just try to have normal and good conversations with the usual day to day topics

I miss my friends too but at this point I am trying to do a major decision business-wise and I appreciate it if I don't get too many varied unsolicited opinions about my decision. It's because I have observed from before that I have the tendency to easily get swayed by other people's opinions.
I might see my friends when I am ready and more confident about my implemented decision.

Well, I do misses my former officemate. He is already working in a Cruise Ship. Early tonight, I saw a photo of him on Facebook. I am so happy of what happened to his career. He really reached what he was dreaming to be. I am happy for him. And I hope that we can see each other again.

It happens to me too. There were times that such longing swept over me and I started crying. What I do then is send a private message to them saying hi. I don't actually expect that they would message me back quickly but at least I'm relieve by doing that.

Hi!
I miss my friends too at times. They migrated in Australia and my other friend in Denmark and I'm here in Philippines. Though I contact them thru email and facebook, it is still different when they around. Anyway, from time to time they return here in the Philippines.
