I have this good friend here named Monica. I always thought her nails were so pretty. She came to my internet cafe on saturday. And broke a nail. I felt so sorry for her. And she said to me.. no problem maria they are all fake anyway. Omg, I couldnt believe that. Id never ever want fake nails. How about you there?

ha..ha.. seems to be quite funny. I was not aware that there were fake nails also. I know so many girls over here wearing fake hair. Any how you had a great time with your friend. Enjoy

I have never tried using fake nails coz I have been wearing my nails long since high school. My nails are pretty strong and seldom do I accidentally chip a nail.

I never tried using fake nails before, its good when you look at them. I love my plain nails, clean and comfortable. Sometimes, people use them because they have to feel beautiful, it may be too much for us but for them, it help them be proud about themselves. I won't fake my nails in the future, I might just take care of them and concentrate to my hair, my body and my health.
My friends loves their nails too but they don't wear fake nails, they always polish them with many colors and designs. Anyway, they know how to design their nails, as for me I don't even know how to polish my nails, I still have to go to the parlor to clean them.

I have short nails and I seldom grow them long. And I have never thought of getting myself a fake or an acrylic nail because I think it is too high maintenance and Im afraid that with all my activities everyday, it wont last that long.

I tried fake nails once and never again! I think some people (anyways the people that I know) where fake finger nails, don't work. I have problems when my real finger nails grow too long,I'm always hitting a wrong button typing or texting. Granted my finger nails aren't long, but they're mine and I'm always chipping them or breaking them off when I'm working!

Now a days a lot of girls are using fake nails. My nails are very small and i have the bad habit of nail biting but i don't like the idea of using artificial nails. It looks quite artificial. Its becoming very popular these days but I don't think i am going to use them ever.

Yes they cost some money but not as expensive as the long ones , also take less money to maintain because they wont break and they are as short as your normal nail. You should never wore the same nail too long , unless you are going to maintain them .
Yes they do look real on me

I actually love to get my nails professionally done. In our area it is a type of style. I don't get them done as often as I would like because it is pretty costly. But for special occasions I usually try to have them done. It would be nice if I could get them done once a month but that isn't financially possible at the moment.

$10.00 us dollars is a good deal. Here it cost $33us and up depending on what type you have done. That price gets high if a person goes regularly. It has been awhile since I had my nails done. The last time was back in July when I was going on vacation with my husband. Probably the next time I go vacation I will get them done again.

It's easy to see if nails are fake or not. Personally I don't like the way they look. I only know 1 person who has long, strong nails, great looking which is one of my daughters. Includes toe nails as well. Mine are easily tearing of which is rather painfull. I never was able to polish my nails since it hurts. I once had fake nails (hands plus toes) and it looked great for less days. A part fall of the rest damaged my own nails even more. It's nearly 1 year ago and my own nails are still breaking/tearing half a way my finger. I would not do it that easily again. Assume it's jut not for me. Also long nails are not easy for me while cooking, cleaning cages, taking care of animals. There is a lot of dirt underneath staying no matter how much you scrub. It's also one of the reasons why babies and sick people in hospitals frequently get sicker, because of fake nails which is bad hygiene.

I agree with you there. I wonder how often she had to change these fake nails? But, hey they looked good on her.

I am all natural, I do a lot of hard labour so fake nails would last a second walking through the door. I see so many come in on one of my jobs, and I wonder what type of job they have. I knew a girl who always got her nails done, and cost a pretty penny every so many weeks.

I completely agree with you. It does add up pretty fast. I would love to have my nails done that often but it cost way to much. So I usually only get my nails done for special occasions or to treat myself. Otherwise I save that money and use it for something else.

oh my god this is so so funny to me.. I too am not into fake nails. I do lot of work and it will just get spoil and i have a feeling that since my nails are naturally very broad, it will not look nice. Anyway I have never tried but i think if given a chance i will just put it for a couple hours for some occasion. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead

Maybe each girl loves beautiful things and they also like each beautiful thing which can make her look more beautiful. I think there is no problem that she uses fake nail. But why you are so amazing about it. If you don't know what the fact is , you may still be envious of her nails. She is a girl likes vanity, but you are not. Everyone has the right to do everything which is right in his world.

No I do not like fake nails for what they do, to the real nails. Makes the very weak and thin. I know because I tried the fake ones, once. Never again.
They do look good, and I see others having fun with different designs etc. I would rather have healthy short nails than long fake ones with the weak thin ones underneath. To me that is a disaster waitin to happen.

I wear fake ones but they are short and cute like my real nails . I dont think they should be worn often maybe twice a year are special occasion all the other times just get your natural nail polish with cute design too .
I cant manage long nails lol I would not be able to pull up my zipper , I remember doing that and I had to cut them off the other day , big waste of money but some people can used them like a pro .

Now you are smart. I personally do not like fake nails on a girl. I am not a fan. I still think that the natural nail is way better if taken care of. My girl friend used to wear them years ago. I know her at least 30 years. Now she does not bother. But, wearing fake nails with all the glue damaged the nail. They have many different things these days. But all in all, most young girls that go out clubbing dress up and wear fake nails.
