A year ago in my country the TV was abuzz about a case of a woman who killed or lost her child by an accident. At first she claimed it had been kidnapped (when she was having a walk in a park) so she made a nationwide campaign to find a kidnapper and help her to regain her child. After some time she confessed that she had made up all the story because the truth is the child died. How? She was holding it in a blanket which, as she claimed, was slippery so her child slipped out of it and fell hitting his head against a treshhold, turned livid and lost its counsciousness. the mother didn't try to rescue it, call ambulance etc., because, she claimed, she was dithered. So guess what she did.
She brought the child to a near forest and buried it in some ruined building. She pretended in front of her husband that she was going for a walk with their child (the husband did even helped her to carry the stroller down to the street!). Of course the husband claimed he didn't noticed anything wrong with the child.
Twice she showed where she had buried the child, because at first she lied and showed a different place where she had placed her child's clothes only.
After all that had been explained she and her husband moved out from the town to rest. The detective who helped her find the child rent them his appartment in a different city. They changed their images and last name.
Some Polish people were convinced she killed her child intentionally and her husband knew about it. The others believed it was an accident. The mother was charged of manslaughter and lying to the police but she was released from custody only two weeks after. What is your opinion on that case?

I think man are more cruel for women so court are more lenient for women. But women is wrong then court punished her also dont leave because of only she is women. Now some women also cruel and killed their husband or child. I read your discussion but not understand properly.

It sounds a lot like the Casey Anthony case here in the US. The mother got away with killing her baby even though the evidence was against her. Generally, I don't think the courts are more lenient with women in the US. They usually get what they deserve.
