How to join in a new environment??

Sometimes you are compelled to work in a new team. However you found it difficult to communicate with your new teammates. And it always occured to an embarassment in the communication. Having experienced these kind of unsmooth things, it can be attributed to the following reasons, such as the gap of age, different hobbies and different personalities.
But in our daily, we always focused on the teamwork spirit. If we cannot keep a friendly relationship with the new teammates, it will be hard for us to sucessfully finish the work.
Besides, mutual help is also essential, especially for a new team member. Considering lack of experience and the knowledge in this field, you may need the help from your teammates, and such unsmooth communication is inbeneficial for getting help when in dilemma.

yes, it is really hard sometimes to communicate with new teammates. SO I think one of the best thing to do first is to observe. Just observe on how your teammates interact with each other, and how do they deal with a certain situation. When the time comes that you have your own idea, just tell it to them and interact. There's no harm in trying. Atleast you helped. And the next day will go smoothly. Being friends with them will help you boost your confidence towards them.

Yes, you are right. Despite of your teammates' differences, it's nice that you decided to focus on developing team spirit more. With that, it's now easier to communicate with one another and thus accomplishing the work more efficiently and effectively.
