GOP needs to completely reform their party

What this election has show is that for the 3rd year in a row, the youth are increasingly voting democratic. It is obviously that the republicans have lost this current generation of voters and will need to seriously rethink their approach to social policies and immigration policies. This is no longer the 1950s, if they can't reform their party then they will never win the white house again. Looking forward do you guys think they are looking at reforming the party or do they have no intentions on changing.
