I was a customer service agent for THE HOME DEPOT.Though it was my job to listen to calls all day and try to solve customer issues, when someone felt truly happy that they were able to get much neededhelp with something,I felt truly happy. It made my day.
It also made taking the bad calls much easier.
Have you had any such experiences. Please share:)

I am an one who is born with some helping mentality and I just used to help each of them especially my friends. I don't mean that I an ideal but I just used to help others with my limits. I just used to do it to find a good smile on their face and such smiles on their faces will make me to feels good.

No I have never been a customer help service person. I have helped many people over the years in different ways. When they ask what they can do in return, I tell them when someone comes to them needing help, don't turn them away. Do what you can to help even if it is giving them directions to someone else to help..
There is also the people who come to the house when you have utility problems or need new service and they find there are difficulties from previous people who lived on the property. When they give extra service and extra time they could be spending with family to get the job done. I will take the time to make sure to call to the manager or who ever to let them know the outstanding job that person/s did for us.
