Have you taken the time to email Swagbucks why your account was disabled. This way you know what caused it to happen. If you communicate with them, you may find you can get your account out of being disabled.
Find the reason first before opening another then find it disabled again..

I did. They said I was cheating on SBTV and this Issue is closed and you will no longer receive a reply.

I agree with Akuseru, find why and the what fors before doing the new account. Like I said, if you open a new one and work it the same way, you may cause that one to be disabled to.
I would also make a comment on the facebook page. It may stir up enough for them to look into it if enough reply with the same problem. Just a thought. I haven't had trouble yet..

All we can suggest is that you contact swagbucks are consider creating a new account . I have been on swagbuck for sometime now but I have never read the rules .
Create with a new email and PayPal account and if you did used your facebook also just dont do that again either.

Why are you interested in creating another account? just contact them with your problem and ask the reason for the account disable activity. Hope you will get a good reply from them and your account will be reactivate. All the best
