Does socialsharer.com pay, or is it a scam?

I have been using this Website for a while now and I'm earning coins. I have also earned $0.45 extra for referring people. Has anyone been paid by them?

I am a member in that site but still not able to try to earn some. Because something that is fishy into that site. I don't know if that is reliable enough to believe that the site really good or not?
