Happiness is a mental state. If you generate optimum endorphin in your body then you feel happy

Dear friend!
Suppose you are to write an article on happiness then just you can not ignore endorphin. It is produced in every cell of your body. Optimum endorhin=happiness.
My notional formula is:
Health power/longevity=f(RxHR/UHT)
where
f=function,
R=resilience,
HT=healthy thoughts and
UHT=unhealthy thoughts.
In the simplest words promote healthy thoughts and extinguish unhealthy thoughts

I think you may be right! Let's see...happiness. That's tough to pin down. It is a choice to see good in the world, I think. Because two people can have the same experience and one will be happy and one will not. I think it is having a large vision and faith. It is hard to be happy if you feel as if you have no possibilities. But even those who are not free (which I think is essential to happiness for me) find ways to choose to be happy.

Yes definitely....that is the art of life...when there is no time for anything, you have to create it by yourself....nothing in this world is got free....and even happiness is not an exception..
