Single should make the first move

I never actually had a serious relationship. My first relationship was back when I was fifteen and that was my last relationship ever since. We did not kiss or even hug and absolutely, we never slept together. So practically, I've been single my whole life. There guys who wanted to ask me out but I don't really see the point of dating a guy who I don't really like. So I'm thinking of asking out the guy that I like. I know it may sound desperate but I believe that good guys will never look down at the girl because of shallow reason like the girl is the one who ask him out. But should I really do that? It may seem a desperate move.

I guess its good to be single at all because your always free and no one will limit your routines or restrict your time. Doin things like that sucks! it feels very suffocating on your part. I already bargained my love life to God. i want him to choose the partner that really fits for me. Having a commitment is not that easy because you need to accept changes in your life.

I know that a lot of guys are thrilled when the girl does the asking. When it comes to relationships, we all feel vulnerable, and it is nice to know that someone else thinks we're special :) If you don't want to do the asking, why don't you try spending more time with him? You can give him the signal that you are interested, so that he will know it's okay to ask you out. Again, everyone is vulnerable--no one wants to get rejected! Take it as slowly as you want, have fun, and always respect yourself! (And let us know how it goes!) :)

Your answer made me a little bit confident. I'm quite afraid of rejection that's why I don't want to ask him out. He's a friendly guy and I don't think that I'm going to have a problem being close to him. I'm going to try it and I will surely tell you about it :)

well.. i think you are right.. you are not a desperate person if you ask him first.. actually, im found it funny.. many people do these mistakes.. -_-' dear, this is 2012.. if you like some thing.. so try your best to get it.. if you like tobe with someone so try your best to keep a relotionship or a feeling with that guy.. good luck! ;)
