Our boss always have call back...

Good noon.
Since my station in the office is nearby my boss office, I always hear the name of my colleagues who she's calling to.So I am always the one who call the person to go to her office.
Then after they talk about something, the called person will eventually went out to returned to their tables then my boss will call the same person again.Maybe she forgot to say or ask something.
It really happened all the time, that she used to call back the same person again for something or whatsoever.
Sounds funny, so every time she called someone then go out, I tell to them that don't go back to their table yet because for sure my boss will call them again...

I had my internship at one of the local court and with some senior lawyers. The same thing happens as they would always seems to forget something and ask the same person to see them again. It is funny at times and I think it is good in working environment as we need to have good relationship with people we work with. Working then can be happy thing to do too.

Yeah it become funny as it used to happened all the time. Seems like an ice breaker in a busy and stressful work. Sometimes we all laughed when it do happened most of the time in day that somehow gives good vibe and atmosphere at work. Good thing that our boss dont really get mad and sometimes join the laughing.

Well, it could be they forgot something or just wanted to talk more etc. Where I work, our boss tends to send a message on the computer to you when he wants to talk, maybe just to break up some of the concussion.

Yeah maybe she forgot something and still something to add on what she said.
We just used to chat each other when we need to ask something to other office mate.Since our boss in now old and don't know how to use yahoo messenger, she really used to call when she need someone.

hi,
actually my boss is not like that,because before he end the conversation he wanted to have all the answer and all he wanted to ask,but that also happen to us,when we have a question to our boss we sometimes forget to ask the other question so we will call back to ask that question again.

Hmm! Wasn't it that your boss like to call you actually and she just make excuses by calling other employees?
Just kidding. Sometimes our boss usually manifests funny attitude without recognizing it because of so many things that they are thinking. Well, anyway, actually I just notice that you talk a lot of things about your boss. The credit card, the eyeglass...

Well I don't know if its just manifestation but it always her habit now. Once she call someone definitely she will call again the same person to add something or say something. So my colleagues noticed it too so they will not go back to their table an jut wait for the call back.
