Barbados... what to see? Need info please

I will be going to Barbados for 3 days. Any suggestion for what to do during my short stay except for the beach? I will be staying at the Hilton Hotel near Bridgetown. Any good restaurant, activities? Is it safe for a female travelling alone at night?

The best place I have found would be to check out tripadvisor as you can see reviews from people who were just at the hotels and what they were up to etc.
