Weight Gain

Cable TV is filled with programs on how to lose weight, everything now is 100 calories or less. What about programs for people who want to gain weight? I consider myself a bit on the skinny side so I will like to pump some iron, diet and put on a few pounds of muscle. However it seems as though the mass media considers this taboo. Anyone have any great healthy weight gain suggestions?

It seems like gaining weight is as bad as not being able to. Try having a milk shake a couple of times a day I was doing that last summer and although I didn't need to gain weight but I did. So I stopped the milk shakes and ice cream.

If you go to a place like GNC - a health food store, they have weight gain shakes that you can buy and drink and help you gain weight. As for the 100 calorie packs, eat 10 packs and there's 1,000 calories extra in your diet.
