doing your best but still not the best..

I feel so pressured. All this time I'm trying to do good with my numbers. I'm trying to make a good record. But even how much I wanted to achieve it it seems all my effort still not enough. Seems that what I'm trying to do is not worth it. It's bothering me because it's been a couple of months now that I am not doing good with my numbers and my job is at stake. It feels frustrating that you know for a fact that you did your job well but at the end of the day, they won't still get satisfied.. I am so pressured and I don't like it. It's killin' me..:(
