It depends on the country also.. becoz in a country like india or pakistan still girls are bit shy and dont agree to propose first. They wait fot the guy to turn.. so who ever feel first towards inclination, they should come forward.. no hard and fast rule

Actually it has to do with what u believe and how u see it. if the guy is not forthcoming in asking u out then u might be only living in assumptions, so it will be gud if u ask to know ur fate... but our esteem and self-respect demands that allow the guy plead, beg and ask... pls will u be my gal or... pls would marry me... it's more honourable.... i feel it'll be better to start a good relationship.... it sure has a good effect on the guy if a girl proposes

It happend in my life. But it jus continued for two years, due to some unavoidable circumstances i have to sacrifice her to some one else.She proposed me fist.

i think it can be anyone ? it depends on the boy or gal who proper frank, not too shy.many boy or gal affriad to propose at frist ,they think if something goes wrong it will be all over,but dont think like this? if u have something in mind go and tell her/him.

as far as i am concern, i think if a gal should fall in love with a guy i see no reason she is waiting for the gal to propose first, what if the gal doesn't think of her first or thinking she might have someone in her life. so once opportunity is loss it can never be regain that is if the guy fall in love with another gal before the lady propose

if your love is really the kind of a volcano burstin inside of you then whoever thinks that he/she is in love should go propose to the other person.. you dont get much chances in life thats why you should not blow one.love is to reveal and does not matter if its the girl or the boy to do it in todays world. take care buddy..

It's not a Rule.Both sides have the liberty to propose. In some part of world, girls don't have such liberty but it should be. The have the right to select her life partner and propose her. Since she has her own life and should have right to propose a persone she thinks will be bette for her as a life partner. However, it doesn't mean that she should not consult with any one. In my personal opinion, eigther girl or boy should consult his or her elders, friends and welwishers well before proposig some one becuase some time, one can be mistaken.

what are you talking about? this question does not even make any sense. Are you talking about proposing marriage? If so then why would anyone propose at the start of a relationship? That's just stupid.
