How to use banned google adsense account?

Hi friends,
I was using google adsense before 5 years without knowing much online earning concepts and my account was banned by google. I didn't ask them why. Because at that time I didn't have much knowledge to earn from it. But now I have learned from you to use it. But how can I use google adsense now? Can i create new account with them? Since I am using my old gmail id (adsense id) for mailing , will they check login IP of my two gmail accounts and ban me again? I would like to get your opinion before spending my effort on new google adsense account.

I don't know about it more, but I guess you can't use your banned account again for sure. Plus you can't make another account with your name with same street address.. That's what I heard. You can make new account on your relative name, that's the only way I can guess.

Hi. I am sorry to say that if you are lucky then only your account will be approved. They have very strict policies and if you break the rule then its difficult to get approved again. You can send them mail and if they are convinced with your explanation then they might approve it. Cheers.
