Australia vs South Africa first day's play

finally the first test match against AUS. vs SA set drawn but double century man clarke is disappointed after draw because he played very well and his third double century get worst........................but this is red alert for SA rest matches during this series........whats your opinion guys about clarke?

I think it was a great day for South Africans. After Smith was dismissed pretty cheaply, the rest of the top order came to party for South Africa. It was again that man Amla who was the cornerstone of South African innings and took them to 255/2 before bad light stopped play after 82 overs. He is still unbeaten on 90 while on the other side is that old fox Jaques Kallis on 84 runs nearing another international Test hundred. If South Africa put another 200 odd runs on the board, the Aussies would already be playing the match on the backfoot. Cheers! Ram

In my opinion the match on the first day was as it as I expected. Seeing the conditons it will be very helpful for the batsmen and if Australia allowed the South African batsmen to score with ease then the Austalian's may have to face some trouble. The only thing the Australian's can hope for is only when they have to execute their homeworks.

i also saw the match but for while only 9-10 overs. but i think those were quit good overs for south african batsmans. it was really fascinating when clark drop the chance of Amla's catch on the slip. the fielder like clark did not even responded on that shot.
