I am also 25 and single! I think that we have a lot more chances to make decisions about what we want to do, where we want to go because we don't have to worry about making decisions for 2 (or more) people. For example, I teach in different countries, which is something I probably wouldn't do if I was married or had kids. I also feel good about learning to do adult things, like proper maintenance of my car, healthy living, doing my taxes, making extra money. I have learned about life as a single adult.
While it would be great to be in a relationship and share the responsibilities and joys of every day, I think it's better that now, I will enter a relationship as someone who stands on my own two feet and if I am in a bad situation, I know that I can survive on my own. Many girls get married young and don't know these things, and sometimes don't leave an abusive relationship because they are scared of life by themselves.
Best to you!

Sometimes,i think being single can have more times to do lots things i want to do.But i can not share all things with others ,these always make me feel sad.especially when i see others always a couple. So i think people should find his or her right person as soon as qiuckly.it no need to get married, but should have one person to share your feeling.

Hi! Nice meeting you here. I can see that you're a newbie.
I'm 24 years old and I'm not single anymore. I don't know if this discussion is for single people only but you did not state anything so I will respond to your discussion. Been married for five years now, I married when I was 19. Even I'm already married, there are still a lot of things I wanted to do with my life and my husband is very supportive about it. I'm still lucky that I was able to continue with my studies after getting married and right now I'm taking up my second course. I think, you don't have to be single to achieve what you want. As for me, it was easy for me to achieve my dreams even I already have a family in such a young age but it really depends on the person if she/he wants to stay single to have all the things and achievements he wants.

What has a car or job to do with being single? You will find single people all over the world, all kind of ages, with or without a job, house, car. There are plenty of people who love to be single, esp. in the western world, esp. if they are high(er) educatated. There is nothing wrong with being single. At least you do not need to take care of a partner as well and you are way more free.

I am 22 and I am also single. It is just that I haven't found anyone who i have thought is the person for me. relationships and commitments are not something that we should go in search for. I believe we should wait for the right person and should not rush into any relationship just for the sake of being in an relationship. I bellieve when the right person enters our life, we will just know that this is the person who has come for us to this world. That way, there is no regrets in the relationship that we are going to be with!

I am 27 years old and I am still single as well. I have not got a car, I am working but I am not rich. I earn enough money to be able to live on this earth. I am still living with my Mum. I find being single fun to some extent and i can just do whatever I want. I do not have to be under pressure at all.

Well I am, as I'll call it, single again. I'm divorced. Like in everything there is benefits to both. Enjoy being single til you meet that perfect for you girl. Just remember not to put her on a "perfect" pedestal because she will make mistakes too. Love her for being imperfect just as much as you love her for being perfect for you.
